Thank you for supporting Timberline Adult Day Services Programs

Established in 2003, Timberline is a Medicaid-certified non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. We pride ourselves on our person-centered approach for individualized, physician-approved care plans. Timberline’s holistic respite programs combine socialization, physical exercise, mental well-being, nurse-provided medication management, life skills learning, outdoor education, community involvement and recreational experiences.

Our respite program provides a much-needed break for caregivers, allowing them to recharge, attend to their own needs, and avoid burnout. By offering scheduled relief, we empower these devoted individuals to continue providing exceptional care with renewed energy and focus and community to support them as they navigate caring for their loved one.

Our program is based in rural Summit County which also serves our surrounding communities of Lake, Park, Grand and Clear Creek Counties (all rural communities). Timberline Adult Day Services is the only program in our region and funding allows us to serve all those in need.

Funding allows us to impact families in the following ways:

• Continued expansion of our respite services to reach more families in need, giving them the chance to rest and rejuvenate and take care of their needs.
• Enhance training and employ additional respite care specialists, ensuring high-quality support for our clients.
• Enhance our activities in the community to include additional adaptive programming.
• Continue financial support for all families in need which include discounted or no-cost care.
• Monday – Friday availability with flexible scheduling
• Medicaid waiver acceptance for DD/SLS waivers

Your investment in our respite program will have a ripple effect, strengthening families, reducing caregiver stress, and ultimately improving the quality of life for those requiring specialized care. By partnering with us, you will be making a lasting, meaningful contribution to our community. We want our families to not only continue to live and work in our communities, but to thrive.

Thank you for your support!
